Controlled PC task execution

The customer installs and pairs a Windows node. The node makes outbound HTTPS requests only. It can act only while armed and only within the applications, folders and permissions configured here.

Keep approval enabled for typing, file changes, PowerShell, email, purchases and destructive actions. The current node is an early production beta, not unattended administrator access.
