Methodology
What this dataset is—and is not.
This is a RentAgents planning taxonomy, not a survey of market adoption and not a performance benchmark. We defined 100 recurring business workflow intents across sales, marketing, customer service, recruitment and HR, operations and projects, finance and administration, IT and security, data and research, procurement and compliance, and executive/customer-success work.
We separately defined 100 industries across ten operating sectors. The public library maps every workflow to every industry, producing 10,000 combinations. Each implementation page keeps the workflow output and suggested metrics visible while adapting the human-control boundary to the operating context.
Researchers, buyers and editors may cite the taxonomy with attribution to RentAgents and link to this page. The CSV and JSON files are provided so the counts and categories can be independently inspected.
