3. Messaging and outreach
Users must obtain any consent required for marketing messages, honour opt-outs, identify the sender, maintain suppression lists and comply with channel rules. Telegram or WhatsApp connectivity does not authorise unsolicited messaging.
4. Recruitment and employment
Recruitment uses must include human review. Users must not infer protected traits, rank or reject candidates solely through AI, or process sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards. Candidates must receive required privacy and AI notices.
5. Computer control
Users must own or be authorised to control every paired device. High-impact actions—including sending, deleting, purchasing, publishing, transferring funds, changing credentials and executing system commands—should require explicit approval.
6. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, block, suspend, preserve evidence or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or where activity poses a material risk. We may report suspected criminal conduct where legally required or appropriate.
