Terms of Service

1. Agreement and operator

These Terms govern access to RentAgents, operated by Multilingual Talents UAB. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, connecting a provider, installing a Desktop Node or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies.

2. Eligibility and business authority

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use RentAgents for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation and configure its data, providers, channels and devices.

3. The service

RentAgents allows users to create AI-assisted agents, connect customer-owned AI provider accounts, run tools, process files, automate approved browser and computer actions, schedule tasks and connect third-party communication services. Features may be marked beta, experimental or configuration-required.

4. Customer-owned AI providers

Customer agent requests require a customer-supplied API key or customer-controlled endpoint. You are responsible for provider charges, provider terms, model availability, rate limits, content policies, data use and account security. RentAgents does not guarantee that any provider or model will remain available or behave consistently.

5. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, secure credentials, enable available security controls, restrict user roles, rotate compromised secrets and promptly notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by RentAgents’ breach of duty.

6. Customer content and instructions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant RentAgents a limited licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and process content solely to provide, secure and support the service and comply with law. You confirm that you have all rights, notices, consents and lawful bases needed for the content and instructions you submit.

7. AI output and human review

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive or unsuitable. RentAgents does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, safety or other professional advice. You must independently verify outputs and maintain human oversight before relying on them or taking consequential action.

You must not use RentAgents as the sole basis for decisions that affect a person’s employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, immigration status or access to essential services.

8. Tools, browser actions and external systems

You authorise RentAgents to perform only the actions you configure or approve. You are responsible for confirming that automation is permitted by the target system’s terms, technical rules and applicable law. We do not guarantee successful completion, and websites or applications may block or change automated access.

9. Desktop Node

Desktop control requires installation, pairing, allowlisting and arming. You must use least-privilege settings and maintain approval requirements for sending communications, deleting data, changing accounts, executing commands, making purchases or performing other high-impact actions. The Desktop Node Addendum applies.

10. Third-party services

Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Microsoft, Slack, WordPress, AI providers, payment providers and custom endpoints are third-party services. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and fees are outside our control. RentAgents is not responsible for a third party’s suspension, outage, policy change or processing except where applicable law provides otherwise.

11. Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate, limit or suspend activity that creates security, legal, financial or reputational risk.

12. Plans, fees and taxes

Plan limits, prices and included features are shown at checkout or in an order form. Fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for third-party AI and integration fees.

13. Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal and access normally continues until the paid period ends. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.

14. Consumer rights

If you are an EEA consumer, mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within the applicable period. If you expressly request immediate performance during that period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal. Any waiver or loss of a withdrawal right applies only to the extent legally permitted and after the required express consent and acknowledgement.

15. Intellectual property

RentAgents and its software, branding, documentation and interfaces are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during your paid or authorised term. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, bypass limits, remove notices or use the service to build a competing service except where mandatory law permits.

16. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other party’s non-public business, technical and security information using reasonable care and use it only for the contract. This does not cover information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

17. Availability, changes and beta features

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features, providers, limits and security requirements. Beta features may be incomplete, change without notice and should not be used for critical operations without independent safeguards.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security threats, unlawful activity, material breach, excessive resource use, sanctions risk or conduct that threatens users or the service. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. You may terminate by cancelling the subscription and deleting the account.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability and accuracy. Mandatory statutory warranties are not excluded.

20. Limitation of liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

For business users, to the maximum extent permitted by law, RentAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or business interruption. RentAgents’ aggregate liability arising from the service during any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid to RentAgents for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

21. Indemnity for business users

Business users will defend and indemnify RentAgents against third-party claims arising from their content, unlawful instructions, unauthorised device access, infringement, violation of privacy or employment laws, misuse of connected services, or breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, except to the extent caused by RentAgents’ breach.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts in Vilnius, Lithuania have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes with business users. Consumers may use any court or dispute-resolution right available under mandatory law.

23. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance where reasonably possible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires renewed consent.
