Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds and mandatory consumer rights.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the service or order form states otherwise.
2. Business customers
Except where an order form states otherwise or law requires, fees paid by business customers are non-refundable. Service credits, if offered, are the exclusive remedy for an availability commitment.
3. Consumers
Consumers retain mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and refund rights under applicable law. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to a service contract, a consumer may withdraw during that period. If the consumer expressly requests immediate performance, RentAgents may charge a proportionate amount for service supplied before withdrawal. The right ends only where and when applicable law permits.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Report a duplicate or incorrect RentAgents charge within 30 days. We will investigate and refund confirmed billing errors. Third-party AI-provider charges must be disputed with that provider.
5. Suspension or termination
No refund is due for suspension or termination caused by material breach, unlawful use, abuse, sanctions risk or non-payment, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
6. How to cancel
Use the billing portal or account settings. If unavailable, email info@rentagents.tech from the account email and identify the workspace.
