Subprocessor and Connected Service List
Providers that may process data for core hosting or at a customer’s direction.
1. Core infrastructure

2. Customer-directed AI providers
Only when selected and connected by the customer: OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, OpenRouter, Ollama endpoints and custom OpenAI-compatible endpoints. These providers receive only the task content and metadata required for the customer’s configured request.
3. Customer-directed integrations and channels
Only when connected by the customer: Meta/WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Google, Microsoft, Slack, WordPress and customer webhooks or API endpoints. Depending on the integration, the provider may act as a processor, independent controller or separate service provider under its own terms.
4. Change notice
Material changes should be posted on this page or notified through the service before the new provider begins processing customer personal data, where required.
